Delete a Static Password

  1. Select Devices, then click Static Passwords.

  2. Search for the group or user for whom you want to delete a static password. Do either of these:

    1. Select either Group or LDAP query.
    2. Select the appropriate group or query from the associated drop-down list.

    OR

    Filter the search by entering a value in the User ID Contains field. (Use "*" before and/or after your string to match any other characters.) Use LDAP syntax.

  3. Click Search.

    The users matching the selected group or query (and filter, if you used one) are displayed in the lower portion of the window.

  4. Select the user for whom you want to delete a static password.
  5. Click Delete. AAA Server removes the static password and automatically reinstates the functionality of the user’s authentication device.
  6. Click Close on the Static Password window.
