Lock a Device
- In the tree in the left pane of the Administration Console, select Help Desk, then search for a user via the drop-down list of LDAP queries. Optionally, enter a User ID or Device serial number in the appropriate field.
- Select the user from the Search Results display, then click Help Desk. The Help Desk dialog box is displayed.
- If a user has lost his/her authentication device, or if s/he is no longer allowed to connect to the server, then the Help Desk can lock the user’s device manually. Select Manual locking.
- Click Quit.
- Check the Help Desk window Resources display under the column Manual loc... for user status.
