View a Device’s Services

1. Select a device icon to view device data (and authentication services available for that device) from the pane at the top of the Administration Console.

    

   In the main Administration Console pane, view:

   • Serial numbers of each device.
   • Type of device.
   • Status of the device: Assigned or Available.
   • PIN code: if the device is assigned, the user can (and should) change the initial PIN code for security reasons.
   • PIN Pos (position) when authenticating with the device: either BEFORE or AFTER to signify where the PIN should be entered by the user in relation to the generated One-Time Password (OTP).

   In the Authentication Services section of the window, view the device authentication profile (challenge/response, synchronous, dual (both), static password, etc.).

2. Use Refresh to refresh the Administration Console display if you change repositories or if you continue searching for other types of devices.
