View the Device Status Summary

1. Select Devices, then Device Status Summary on the console menu bar.

   

2. Click Yes to include the list of locked devices in the summary.
   Click No to exclude the list.

   • If you click Yes, the list of locked devices is retrieved from the server(s).

     

     The progress dialog box closes automatically and the Device Status Summary page is displayed.

   • If you click No, the Device Status Summary page is displayed directly:

     

     The Device Status summary lists the number of devices in the system and their availability.

   • If you assign devices from the AAA Server Administration Console, the information is already up-to-date.

   • If you assign devices from the LDAP management console or ActivID CMS, you need to refresh to display an up-to-date list.

     By default, the assigned devices Refresh button is hidden. For instructions to display the button, contact HID Global customer support.

3. If required, click Refresh to update the list of locked devices.
4. Click Close to return to the main console.
