Remove SMS Backup

  1. Select the corresponding link for the user’s device in the Device ID column of the search results form.

  2. Select SMSBackup in the device data page.

    The SMS backup settings page is displayed:

    Note: Use the Back button on the interface rather than on your browser to return to the previous page.

  3. In the Duration section, select Remove, and click OK.

    The Web Help Desk returns to the device data page. The SMS column is empty, which indicates that SMS Backup is removed.
