Using the Web Help Desk

The Web Help Desk is a web-based tool to support users authenticating to company resources using ActivID AAA Servers.

Use the Web Help Desk to:

  • Support users whenever they have trouble with their devices (for example, when they forget to bring them to work, or when they accidentally lock their devices).
  • Consolidate (or check) the Authentication logs for user data before performing any action to help a user authenticate to a resource.
