If the installation is inside the DMZ, open the following ports to enable the communication between the elements:

Web Server
There are no web server requirements as the Web Help Desk uses the built-in Tomcat server.

ActivID AAA Server
Before you install and configure the Web Help Desk, you must first install all of the AAA Server components for ActivID AAA Server Version 7.0, and run the AAA Server Configurator and SKI Configurator. You should also become familiar with how to use the AAA Server components, especially the Help Desk features of the Administration Console.
If you install and use your AAA Server components, you have created Help Desk operators already, and it is easier to install and configure the Web Help Desk. For more information, see Installing the AAA Server for Remote Access.
