Important:

Due to the deprecation of Visual Basic Script (VBScript) starting with Windows 11, version 24H2, uninstalling ActivID ActivClient on this and later Windows versions may encounter issues. To troubleshoot problems with uninstalling ActivClient caused by the VBScript deprecation, see Troubleshooting Uninstallation of ActivClient After Deprecation of Visual Basic Script.

This same issue may occur when upgrading ActivID ActivClient 7.4.3 to a higher version. To avoid problems with upgrading ActivClient caused by the VBScript deprecation, we recommend to uninstall your current version before upgrading to a higher one. For more details, refer to Troubleshooting Uninstallation of ActivClient After Deprecation of Visual Basic Script.
