Reset the Out-of-Band Activation Code

  1. Follow the steps in Search for Users to search for the user.

  2. In the user’s Details page, select the Wallet tab.

  3. Click on the OOB authentication record that you want to edit.

  4. Click Reset the Activation Code.

    • To generate a random code, select Generate Activation Code and click Reset.
    • To define a specific code, select Set Activation Code, and then enter and confirm the required code and click Reset.
    Important: If you generate or set the activation code, you must communicate it to the user as they must enter this activation code to trigger the SMS password delivery.
  5. Click Save.
