Change a User’s Static Password

Note: This procedure applies to all users and it is only available with Login type authentication policies.
  1. Follow the steps in Search for Users to search for the user.

  2. In the user’s Details page, select the Wallet tab.

  3. Select the authentication record for which you want to change the user’s password.

  4. Click Change Password.

  5. Enter and confirm a new Password.

    Note:
    • You must follow the password policy when setting the password.
    • Constraints for user passwords are set in the Authentication policy (see Configure Authentication Policies).
  6. Click Save.
