ActivID Credential Management System v5.13

ActivID CMS 5.13 for Windows provides the following improvements to the previous version:

Directory support update: ActivID CMS now supports OpenLDAP.
ActivID CMS now offers the capability to issue and manage certificates from Microsoft CA when CMS is configured with 2 directories (1 Microsoft Active Directory and 1 OpenLDAP).
Added the client MSI to the CMS disk.
