Configuring Connections to Peer Servers

Peer servers can be used to provide and distribute (or balance) the loads being managed by an ActivID CMS server. Multiple instances of servers (ActivID CMS Peer Servers) are referred to as a server pool.

Use your web browser to connect your workstation to a specific server in the pool. To provide the capability for transparent load balancing, you must add a load balancer in the front of the server pool.
