All CMS 6.x Client versions are compatible with previous CMS 6.x versions; however, as support for features is added, certain features require a minimum CMS Client version or higher, as detailed in the following table:

Important:

  • Each CMS Client version is cumulative with respect to the features it supports, for example, 6.5.0.25 includes Idemia 2.4.2 FIDO and Idemia 2.4.3 support, as well as the FIDO issuance support that was added with CMS Client version 6.2.0.14.

  • If you are using a Linux client, FIDO auto-registration with Entra ID is not supported.

Note: The ActivID CMS extension has its own life cycle. Customers should always use the latest version available on the Chrome web store (currently 5.13.0.78):
