Configure Validation Authority for Automatic Start-Up and Shut Down
Following installation, the Validation Authority service is configured to start automatically on server restart.
If, for any reason, you must restore the configuration to allow the service to start automatically on system restart, open the Services control panel.

Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.

Select the ActivID Validation Authority service, and right-click to launch the Properties dialog.

From the drop-down list, set the Startup type to Automatic.

Click Apply and OK.
