Administrator Operations - Support Bundle
Use this page to generate and download a support bundle, which will help HID Global support diagnose any problems with Validation Authority.

From the Administrator menu, click Support Bundle.

Click Download Support Bundle.

When prompted, click Save.

Send the file to HID Global support or your partner's support team.
