Change the First Responder in Multiple Issuer-Responder Mappings

You can select multiple issuers from the list of issuers and change the first responder mapped to the selected issuers. Additional responder URLs must be changed manually.

To change multiple Issuer-Responder Mappings, complete the following steps:

1. Select the responders whose Issuer-Responder Mapping is to be changed from the list and click Edit. The Edit First Responder for Selected Issuers dialog displays.

   

   The Responder text box will list the current first responder URL for the selected issuers if all issuers have the same first responder. Otherwise, the Responder text box will be empty.

2. Enter the desired responder URL in the Responder text box.

3. (Optional) Test the responder to verify that the responder information is correct (see Section Add an Issuer-Responder Mapping for more information).

4. Click Save.
