Configure End-User Support
The Validation Extension Support tab can be used to instruct end users about how to obtain support if they encounter problems and includes tools to help administrators diagnose and resolve configuration-related problems.
You can perform the following actions on the Support tab:

Configure Support – Allows the administrator to change the support text displayed to end users and to configure an email address for reporting problems. This option is only visible to users who have administrative privileges and only when the Default settings are being modified.

Import – Allows you to import saved settings from a file.

Save Settings to File – Saves the current settings of the Validation Extension to a file that can later be imported.

Email to Support – The Email to Support button is only active if the administrator has configured an email address.
Clicking Email to Support opens a mail message to the specified email address in the default email program running on the system. The mail message includes the system information and a settings file attachment.
