Repairing the Validation Extension Application

The Windows Add or Remove Programs control panel allows you to modify, change, or repair a damaged application. If you suspect that there is a problem with the Validation Extension installation, or if you wish to change the set of program features that are installed, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to an account with administrative privileges.

2. Make sure no other users are logged in.

3. Close all other applications.

4. On Windows Server, click Start → Settings → Control Panel → Programs and Features.

5. Select ActivID Server Validation Extension 7.4.0 for Microsoft (R) Exchange OWA / x64 Edition from the list of programs and click Change.

6. The control panel launches a wizard that lets you modify the program features that are installed; repair problems due to missing or corrupt files, shortcuts, and registry entries; or remove the program. The wizard displays a window showing the progress of the uninstallation process and closes the window when it is finished.
