Shut Down / Reboot Validation Responder Appliance

Important: You must reboot the Validation Responder Appliance to implement a software update, to apply a security patch, and to shut down the Validation Responder Appliance in order to perform hardware maintenance. This section explains how to do this.
  1. In the Administration section of the navigation bar, click Reboot or Shut Down.

  1. Click one of the options:

  • Option 1: Click Reboot the Responder Appliance, and then confirm that you want to reboot the system.

  • Option 2: Click Shut Down the Responder Appliance, and then confirm that you want to shut down the system.
