Configuring Push Delivery Gateway

The configuration of the push delivery gateway to send push notifications to both the HID Approve app and applications based on the HID Approve SDK.

A Push delivery gateway should be added for Azure hub information that allows notifications to be sent to Android, Windows, iOS, and macOS devices.
