First Time Login to Self Service Portal

When setting up the Self Service Portal, you would typically receive a welcome email containing important information for your initial or first time login.

Follow the below procedure to set up your account for the first time login:

  1. Open the Self Service Portal URL, provided in your welcome email with your browser application.

  2. You will be prompted to enter your login identifier/Username and Password (temporary password mentioned in your welcome email), click NEXT.

  3. After this, you will be directed to Change Password screen, where you will be prompted to set your new password. Click SUBMIT to create a new password.

  4. Log in with your new password and click NEXT.

    Now, you will be directed to the home page of the Self Service Portal.
