Set Up OTP Token Authentication
If you are having an OTP Token hardware device, the same hardware device serial number must not have already been assigned to someone.
In order to set up OTP Token, follow the below steps:

Login to the Self Service Portal using your User identifier and Password.

Click ADD AUTHENTICATION button, then Select an Authentication Method dialog box opens.

Select OTP Token option, you will be prompted to enter a serial number of the OTP token device.
Note: The device's serial number is mentioned on the OTP token hardware device.

Enter the Device Serial number, click PROCEED.

If the device is not assigned to any other user, then it will be added to your list of Authentication Methods of the SSP homepage.
