Troubleshooting
When you need to troubleshoot the system, the Crescendo Minidriver can create log files that can be used to troubleshoot the issue. For that, you must turn on the debugging mode in the Crescendo Minidriver to generate a package of these log files for analysis by technical support.
Debugging Mode
After installing the Crescendo Minidriver, the directory C:\Program Files\HID Global\Crescendo Minidriver is created.
The registry key used for enabling logging is created in registry (HKLM:\Software\HID Global\Logging\Products\ActivClient) and set as disabled (value Enabled is set to 0.
To start the debugging mode:

To enable logging, follow one of the methods detailed below:

Run the below script in elevated PowerShell:
CopyNew-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\Software\HID Global\Logging\Products\ActivClient" -Name "Enabled" -Value 1
OR

Restart your computer (if necessary).
Now the debug Crescendo Minidriver starts logging. You can find the logs in C:\Program Files\Common Files\HID Global\Logs\x64.
