Uninstalling the Minidriver

You can uninstall the HID Crescendo Minidriver using one of the following methods:

  1. Run the HID Global Crescendo Minidriver installer and click Next.

  2. Click the Remove button.

  3. In the Remove Crescendo Minidriver dialog, click Removeto confirm.

  4. When prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click Yes.

  5. Click Finish to close the dialog box.

  1. Open Command Shell / Power Shell in elevated (admin) mode.

  2. Run the following command:

msixec.exe /x <path to the msi installer>

  1. Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features.

  2. Find Crescendo Minidriver in the list and click Uninstall.

  3. Click Uninstall again to confirm.

  4. When prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click Yes.

  5. In the Windows Installer confirmation dialog, click Yes.
