Search for a User

Note: Searches can only find users that are in the directory.

  1. On the Welcome page, select the Users menu to go to the Users page:

  2. In the Select group(s) drop-down list, choose the group where you want to focus your search, or leave the default option (All) to search all the groups.

  3. In the Username field, enter the username attribute.

  4. Click Search, or press Enter.

  5. If a record matches the search criteria, select the name of the user to go to their corresponding page:

    This page displays the user information as well as their associated device(s).
