CFAir Enrollment & Re-Authentication
Enrollment and re-authentication is a way that you can independently enroll and re-authenticate customers. Several API methods are available to choose from based on your use case. Once a customer is enrolled, AuthenticateFace API enables face-match comparison based on the UID associated with the enrolled customer. AuthenticateFace will match either a headshot or selfie with the enrolled face associated with the customer UID.
Recommended:
-
When re-authenticating transactions using the AuthenticateFace API call, a new merchant (sub)account must be created with its location code because re-authentication requires a specific risk model configuration.
-
This new account should be within an existing Merchant account, this is recommended in order to align with the workflow tied into your business process. AuthenticateFace API matches all submitted face images with images that have previously been enrolled.
-
HID recommends using 2884 as the location/account designator. This code will need to be included with the Header Parameters.
