Roles & Permission Levels

User account roles and general permissions for each role type:

User Account Admin

  • Add, edit and delete user accounts only.

Master Admin

  • Change retention policy, setup/change account risk model, view transactions with PII, and change segment results for all sub-accounts within the merchant account.

Admin

  • Setup/change account risk model, view transactions with PII, and change segment results.

Supervisor

  • View transactions with PII and change segment results with an automatic audit log entry.

User

  • View transactions and segment results with PII.

Auditor

  • Only able to view audit logs. Nothing else.
