All Devices

This page lists devices that end-users use to access the protected application. It provides necessary device information about the OS, Language, Risk score, IP address, device occurrence (when it was used for the first and last time), health (infected by malware or not), and link to specific device detail on each line.

The Devices entity has three subcategories:

• Android,

• iOS,

• Web

Based on the implementation, the HID RMS system can protect web or mobile banking applications.

Under Android and iOS devices, devices are accessing the protected banking application via the mobile app. Remember, if a user on a mobile phone uses a web browser instead of a mobile app, they are listed under Web devices.

Under Web devices, all users are accessing the protected banking application via a website.

In order to precisely identify returning devices, we use an exhausting set of device information extracted from the browser (web), reported by device OS, or calculated from primary features. On mobile endpoints approx. 150 parameters are checked including (but not limited to):

• AndroidID

• DeviceID

• Installed applications

• Serial number

• Brand, model, manufacturer

• Time zone - Wallpaper

• SimSerialNumber

• Paired BT devices

• Paired WIFI networks
