Adding and printing Visitor's Preferred Name

 

Visitor's preferred name is captured during registering and visitor check in and check out. It allows organizations to meet visitors’ expectations to be able to capture visitor's preferred names in additional to their legal names. Also allows printing the preferred names on badges.

Add Visitor

  • Navigate to Visitors app > All Visitors

  • Click on Add Visitor

  • In the Visitor Details page, there is an option provided to add the Preferred name of the visitor along with the First Name and Last Name

     

Visit Registration

During the Visit registration, there is an option provided to add the Preferred Name of the visitor along with the First Name and Last Name. In the Visitors section, search and add visitors to the visit. You can either search from the list of visitors already saved in the system or create a new visitor or import multiple visitors using Group Import


Check-In 

In the Check-In page, Admins are able to search visitors using the Preferred name 

  • Search for the visitor by typing the Preferred name in the search box 

  • Advanced search option is also provided to search by Preferred name

     

  • In the Check-In page, Admin able to see preferred name field in the Visitor information section so that it adds to the ease of operation

     

Printing Preferred Name on badges

Admins are able to see the preferred name in the list of “Binding Fields when creating a badge template so that it gets added to the Badge template

         

Check out

In the Check Out page, Admins are able to search visitors using the Preferred name 

  • Search for the visitor by typing the Preferred name in the search box 

  • Advanced search option is also provided to search by Preferred name.
