Reset PIN Code

Note: This function is only available for ActivID Mini Tokens.
  1. Connect to the Web Self Help Desk, enter your logon credentials, then click OK.

    The Web Self Help Desk main page is displayed.

    If you have more than one device, make sure that the correct device is selected.

     

  2. Under Device, click Reset PIN Code.

    The following page is displayed:

     

  3. Enter and confirm a PIN code for the Mini Token, then click Set PIN.
