Unassign a Push Device for a User

Prerequisites:

You must have the respective permission(s) to assign or unassign devices. You can also have both permissions simultaneously for device management purposes.

  1. Follow the steps in Search for Users to search for the user.

  2. In the user’s Details page, select the Wallet tab.

  3. Go the list of Devices , select the check boxes for the mobile devices to unassign and click Unassign.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. The devices are unassigned from the user's profile and the Push authentication method is no longer available.

  6. Click Save.
  7. If necessary, you can now delete the push authentication record.
