Canceling an Emergency Password for an SKI Application
Important: Before you can cancel an emergency password for an SKI Symmetric Key Infrastructure application, you must make sure that:
A device containing an SKI application has been assigned to the user.
An emergency password is activated for this device (see Activating an Emergency Password for an SKI Application).
Your ActivID AAA Server is up and running.
When you cancel an emergency password, the user must use the SKI credentials stored on his/her device to access the resources protected by ActivID AAA.
To cancel an emergency password for an SKI application:

Go to the Help Desk Overview page.

In the Cards section, under Applications, click the Cancel Password button next to the appropriate SKI application. A confirmation message appears.

Click OK.
