Upgrading from Validation Authority v7.3 to v7.4

There are two steps to upgrade from Validation Authority 7.3 to Validation Authority 7.4.

The first step is to install Validation Authority 7.4 afresh in a different location from where the previous version of the product was installed. Make sure that the required version of Java is installed and that the Validation Authority service has been disabled beforehand.

The second step is to configure the newly installed VA 7.4 to the same configuration settings as the previous version.
