Deleting an Authentication Journey

Important: You cannot delete an authentication journey if it is mapped to an application.

To delete an authentication journey, follow the below steps:

  1. Sign in to Administration portal.

  2. Click Settings in the left navigation bar to open the Settings page.

  3. Click Authentication Journey on the Settings page, then you can see the list of authentication journeys.

  4. From the list of authentication journey, choose an authentication journey you want to delete.

    Click on "Delete Authentication Journey" shown in the action menu () or click DELETE on the view page of that authentication journey.

  5. Delete Journey confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK to confirm.

    Click CANCEL to cancel the operation.
