Replace HID Approve Device

You can replace your current HID Approve device with another device. Follow the below steps to replace the HID Approve device:

  1. Go to My Account page >> Authentication Methods and Activity section >> click REPLACE DEVICE button in the HID Approve device.

  2. You will be prompted to enter a secure code.

  3. In the HID Approve application from your mobile phone, tap your screen to generate a secure code.

  4. Enter the secure code, click CONFIRM.

  5. Follow the Steps 3 to 6 in Set up HID Approve using the new device.
