About Inventory Management

The Inventory Management in Customer Central provides a centralized view of your device inventory and orders, allowing you to view device and order information, including their details and status.

• Devices displays a summary of devices, along with a list of devices that includes FIDO-provisioned devices and shipped HID Crescendo cards, with detailed information for each device.

• Orders displays an overview of all orders placed with HID, along with a list of orders and detailed information for each order, including the order timeline or status.

When an order is placed, its progress is tracked through each stage of the shipment process, allowing you to monitor the order status from placement to completion.

Order status indicates whether the ordered items are being processed, partially shipped, shipped, completed, or cancelled—giving you clear visibility into order progress without contacting support team for routine updates.
