About Inventory Management

The Inventory Management in Customer Central provides a centralized view of your device inventory and orders, allowing you to view a summary of devices, including a searchable list of provisioned devices, as well as an overview of orders with their details and status.

• Devices displays a summary of devices, along with a searchable list of devices provisioned through the FIDO Provisioning functionality in Customer Central

• Orders provides an overview of all orders placed with HID, including detailed information and order timeline or status

When an order is placed, its progress is tracked through each stage of the shipment process, allowing you to monitor the order status from placement to completion.

Order status indicates whether the ordered items are being processed, partially shipped, shipped, completed, or cancelled—giving you clear visibility into order progress without contacting support team for routine updates.
