Managing Roles

Roles specify a set of privileges that can be assigned to administrative users, enabling you to control their access to services and the operations they are allowed to perform, such as managing users and devices.

Customer Central allows you to create, view, edit, and delete the roles.

The default roles are:

Functionality under permissions Access all features and perform all actions. Access all Device service features and perform all actions. Access all HIS features and perform all actions. Access all User administration features and perform all actions. View all features but cannot perform any actions.
