FIDO

The FIDO section, accessible from the navigation pane, allows you to view and delete FIDO Fast IDentity Online. A security standard used for online authentication, based on a cryptographic key pair unique to each online service. Note: This functionality is supported only on Crescendo 4000 Series devices.
Note: Only discoverable FIDO credentials will be displayed. FIDO credentials that were created as non-discoverable will not appear in the list.

To view your FIDO credentials:

  1. Click the FIDO tab in the navigation pane of ActivClient Console.

    Note: To display FIDO credentials, ActivClient must be run as administrator. If not, you'll be prompted to restart the application as administrator.

  2. Authenticate using your FIDO PIN.

  3. A list of FIDO credentials stored on your device will be displayed.

  • To view details of a credential, click it in the list.

  • To delete a credential, click the trash bin icon trash bin icon on the right.

  • To filter the list, type into the Filter credentials field.
