Data Format Requirements for Bulk Import of Identities
What fields can I import?
Download the sample Excel or CSV file and add the details of the identities to be on-boarded such as first name, last name, DOB, Email, Phone, Employer and Employee Type.
The first row in the Excel or CSV must be the header row with below field names to describe each identity attribute being imported. See below for a list of the identity fields that can be imported.
Note: The Field Names in the Excel and CSV headers should not be edited.
*"FirstName" and "LastName" are required fields by default. Additional required fields can be configured in Settings App (Settings App > Visitors Manager tab > General sub-tab).

| LoginName | Account login name for an identity to log in to the system. Logins would only work if the self-service module is enabled. A minimum of 4 characters are required for this field. It must be unique and can only contain characters, numbers and allowed special characters (- . = _ * , @ ). | jdoe |
