Prerequisites to Install Client Installer

Client System Requirements

1. The HID Visitor Manager Visitor Manager application must be installed on the server.

2. The client workstation should have 64 bit version of Windows 7 or Windows 10 as the operating system.

3. The default browser on the client workstation must be Internet Explorer 9 or later.

4. Download and install the .NET Framework 4.6.1 from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=49981 for Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10.

5. Windows 10 OS comes with preinstalled .NET Framework. The installation of .NET framework is not required.

6. Download and install the 'Adobe Acrobat Reader DC' before installing the Client.

   1. After installation, open the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

   2. Click on the Edit tab and select the Preferences.

   3. In preferences, uncheck the Enable Enhanced Security checkbox and save it.
