Troubleshooting when printing from iPad App
This article will help you troubleshoot why you are unable to print from the Kiosk iPadOS app.
Error 1: Printer is Offline:
In those cases when the printer is turned OFF or it's not connected with the Kiosk iPadOS App. the below warning message will pop up during the Kiosk Check In. Please check if the printer is turned ON and connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
In those cases when the printer is turned OFF or not connected with the Kiosk iPadOS App, the below warning message will display when you click on Print Test Page. Please check if the printer is turned ON & connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
Error 2: Size (Width & Height) of the Paper Roll is Incorrect (Not valid for Airprint)
If the Width and/or Height (in mm) of the paper roll is not entered as per the Brother’s Printer Paper Roll inserted, the following warning message will pop up when you click on Print Test Page.
If during the Kiosk Check IN, the Width and/or Height (in mm) of the Paper Roll is not entered as per the Brother’s Printer Paper Roll inserted, the following warning message will pop up, suggesting to enter the right ‘Width’ & ‘Height’ of the Paper Roll in the Settings
