Search for a User
- If it is not already displayed, select the Help Desk tab to display the User Search form.
The queries displayed are those defined as LDAP queries in the AAA Server.
- The main search function (by query or group) depends on the Web Help Desk configuration. See Configuring the Web Help Desk.
- Additional filter fields may display according to the configuration of the AAA Server.

Select your query or group from the drop-down lists.
To Then Filter the search
Enter the first characters of the user’s User ID, Device Serial Number, or additional filters
Return all users in the selected query or group
Leave the filter fields empty
- Click Search to display the users matching the criteria.
The following is an example of the search results.
Note: You cannot unassign ActivID Static Passwords and Soft Tokens from the Web Help Desk. You must use the unassignment function of the AAA Server Administration Console. - From this display, if the Web Help Desk is configured for these functions you can assign or unassign devices. For more information, see Configuring the Web Help Desk.
