Set Up Your Account

Prerequisites: You have received a welcome email from HID Global that includes Customer Central URL, your email address and instructions for setting up your Customer Central account for the first time login.
  1. Using your browser, go to the Customer Central URL provided in your welcome email.

  2. Enter your Email address and click CONTINUE.

    The system verifies your email address and displays a pop-up confirming that a 6-digit verification code has been sent to your registered email for passkey enrollment.

    Important: The code is valid for 10 minutes only. If the code expires, you will be prompted to resend a new code.

  3. Enter the 6 digit verification code and click VERIFY to begin the passkey enrollment process.

  4. Once verified, follow the instructions displayed in your browser to enroll your passkey either:

    • Using a FIDO-compatible security key/device

    • By creating a passkey with one of the options shown in the image below (Windows, iPhone, iPad, or Android devices)

    Note: The browser's instructions and dialogs might be different based on the browser you are using.

    Once the enrollment is successfully completed, you will be directed to the login page, and an enrollment success message will be displayed.

    You can now sign in to your Customer Central account with your registered email address and enrolled passkey.
