Sign In to Customer Central
Once you have set up your Customer Central account, you can sign in using your password and HID Approve login validation.

Using your browser, go to the Customer Central URL.

Enter your Username and click NEXT.

Enter your Password and click NEXT.

Select the required HID Approve Device and click NEXT.
You will receive the push notification in your HID Approve application, with a prompt to Approve or Decline.

Swipe right to Approve the sign-in request.
You are directed to the dashboard of your Customer Central account.
