Event Management Officer (EMO) - Check In and Check Out

The EMO is responsible for validation, check-in, check-out, issuance of access cards and support of all visitor activities.

Check In

In the Visitors application, click on the Event Check In tab on the sidebar. The Event Check In screen, with the list of visitors/employees to be checked in for the day, will be displayed.

The EMO must complete all check-in steps to check in the visitors/employees. This includes assigning the access card, printing the badge, capturing the visitor's image and NDA signature, responding to the screening questions, and scanning the visitor's/employee's ID.

Check Out

In the Visitors application, click on the Event Check-Out tab on the sidebar. The Event Check-Out screen, with the list of visitors/employees to be checked out for the day, will be displayed.

The EMO can check out the visitors/employees for the day. There is a scheduled job that checks out all the visitors who have checked in for the day but have not manually checked out.
