Understanding the Self-Service Dashboard

Easily manage all your self-service needs

Self-Service dashboard provides access to quick links, upcoming visits, and pending tasks.

  • Quick Links: Provides easy access to Host a Visit and My Visits. Note that based on your system configurations and assigned roles, other quick links may also appear here.

  • My Upcoming Visits: Shows a list of all upcoming visits created by you, in addition to providing the total number of your upcoming visits in brackets.

  • My Tasks: Displays a list of upcoming tasks assigned to you, in addition to providing the total number of your upcoming tasks in brackets.
