My Visits
Record of all your visits

Click on My Visits on the Dashboard, the My Visits screen will appear showing a list of your past and upcoming visits that have been registered in the system.

Search for the visit of your interest by entering search criteria such as Description, Location, Building, or more in the search field. Search results that match the search criteria will get displayed. Note that you can also host visits from here.
Cancel a Visit
Users can cancel a visit before the visit starts.

Click on the desired visit record, the Visit Details screen appears.

Click on CANCEL VISIT in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

Confirm the visit cancellation.
Modify a Visit
Users can edit existing visit details before the visit starts.

Click on the desired visit record, the Visit Details screen appears.

Users can edit the start and end dates as well as add/update/delete visitors from the visit.

To change the location of the visit or any other detail, please cancel and recreate the visit.

Click SAVE VISIT.
