Assign Visitor Management Roles to a Location

The Visitor Management Roles sub-tab is used to assign Visitor Management Officer (VMO), Visitor Management Supervisor (VMS) and Visitor Location Approver for a location.

VMO is responsible for validating, check-in, check-out, and support other visit related activities. VMS supervises the activities of the VMO, and the VMS can override the VMO's decisions and actions.

Note:
  • Only User Groups are added as Location VMO/VMS. Hence an identity must belong to the Group that will be assigned to VMO/VMS. To add an user group, refer User Groups.

  1. Click on ADD WATCHLIST APPROVER to add Watchlist Reviewer(s) to a location.

  2. From the App Launcher, select the Admin application and click on the Locations tab.

  3. Navigate to Location record > Visitor Management Roles sub-tab.

Visitor Management Officer (VMO)

  1. Click on ADD VMO to add VMO to a location.

Visitor Management Supervisor (VMS)

  1. Click on ADD VMS to add VMS to a location.

Visitor Location Approver

  1. Click on ADD LOCATION APPROVER to add Visitor Location Approver to a location.

Once all appropriate roles are assigned to a location, click SAVE.
