Customize the ActivID Self-Service Portal
While the ActivID Self-Service Portal can be used out of the box without any additional deployment, configuration, or customization, you can customize the portal to meet branding and operational requirements:
- Customize user access to the portal - you can customize the ActivID Self-Service Portal logon methods per domain.
You can also control how end users access the portal using direct links to specific features (such as device activation). No configuration is required.
- Customize the features and functions available in the portal - you can customize the portal to offer relevant and prioritized features to the end user.
- Define the Features Per Domain
- Define the Features Per Group
- Configure the Portal Settings
- User authentication process by defining a task-orientated and user-friendly workflow using the Process and GUI templates
- Reset Password (per Domain)
For example, you can configure the system so that a certain user group can only access token related operations.
Once the ActivID Self-Service Portal is installed, you can:
- Customize the ‘Look and Feel’ of the portal - you can customize the design of the portal to meet any language, regional or branding requirements.
