Visit Notifications
An additional layer of security to your visitor flow
Protecting the employees and locations from external risks is very important in the current situation, by setting up an approval process for visitors you can perform a background check of the profile and other activities before the visit
When a visit is created:
And no approvals are set for a visit

If a visitor email is entered, the visitor will receive an invitation mail.

If the escort is set for the visit, the escort will receive an email about the visit details.
If approvals are set for a visit,

Corresponding approvers will receive an email for approval.
When a visit is approved/rejected,

If any approval is denied by the approver, the visit is denied.

If all approvals are approved, the host and visitor receive an email.

If a visitor email is entered and all the approvals are complete, the visitor will receive an invitation mail.

If the escort is set for the visit, the escort will receive an email about the visit details.
When a visit is modified:

If the host edits the meeting or adds some details, the visitor will receive an email regarding the modification.

If a visit is canceled by the host or admin staff, a notification is sent to the visitors and the host.

If a visit is canceled by admin staff, a notification is sent to the visitors and the host.
When visitors are on site or are checked in:

The host will receive an email that the visitor has been moved to an on site or checked in status.

If there is a mobile phone number on the host's profile, they will also be sent a check-in SMS.
When visitors check out:

The host will receive an email notification when the Visitor checks out.

If there is a mobile phone number on the host's profile, they will also be sent a check-out SMS.

If the VMO fails to check out the visitor, the visitor will be automatically checked out at the end of the day.

If the meeting has ended and a visitor does not check out, the system will automatically check out the visitor at the end of the day and send a notification to the host.
When visitors don't show up:

If a visitor does not show up for a meeting, a no-show notification is sent to the host.
